The Opossum In the Room is a unique video-podcast series dedicated to spotlighting major issues in the equine world, and helping horse owners and equine professionals navigate challenges that aren't being discussed openly. Primary topics include EPM (Equine Protozoal Myeloencephalitis), Lyme disease in horses, equine functional nutrition, rehabilitation, equine management, gut health, and building a strong immune system.

We're all about saying it how it is, and call out out things like misdiagnosis, "big pharma", fads, mainstream nutrition, misinformation, and anything that is NOT serving our horses with an unedited, refreshingly honest, and whole-horse approach. These diseases are stressful and financially draining for horse owners, and physically taxing for the animal, but this series offers hope, heartwarming moments, and loads of education to empower equine caretakers to overcome chronic illness.

We're here to shed light on the not-so-common TRUTHS about equine disease, the things stuffed in the corner while we work around them, the hidden gems buried deep in the industry, and the fact that we CAN advocate for our horses in ways that might challenge the status quo.
